Создан для Кошиц в 1963 году на базе пражского T-06B разработанного в 1962 г. Также использовалась в Прешове. Применялась в 1963 — 1983 гг.

Башни — 8 и 12 этажей.
Высокие башни — 13 этажей.

Квартирное ядро B-3.

В Кошицах встречается в жилых массивах "Železníky", "Kuzmányho", "Nové mesto", "Dargovských hrdinov" и "Nad Jazerom".
Материал: troskopemzobeton.
