По ул. Пермская, 33 с 1950-х годов находилась Пермская обувная фабрика (в 2004 году предприятие называлось обувная фабрика Модена). В 2008 году по этому адресу компания «Камтрансстрой Плюс» стало вести работы по строительству комплекса «Цеппелин».
