Окна на ЛУ нетипичные, обычно такое расположение панелей характерно для 335 серии с каркасной конструкцией. Или здесь ЛУ и входы с разных сторон, как у 4570?

Вряд ли, на фото северный фасад, а ЛУ за редким исключением не делают с южной стороны. С учетом того, что окна над входами покрашены одинаково на всех этажах и во всех подъездах, скорее всего, действительно там лестницы.
