На афишах видно, что в кинотеатре (он рядом — дом № 62 https://domophoto.ru/building/304572/) идут фильмы "Побег из тюрьмы" и "Когда рядом мужчина". Оба фильма 1977 года, но в широкий прокат вышли только в конце 1978-го. Вероятнее всего, на фото зима 1978/79 (судя по количеству снега — уже 1979, т. е. после нового года).
